The dishes were so good my mouth is watering thinking about it. Damen at the bar served us and recommended a great sake to go with the meal. He was so helpful with making recommendations. Everything we ate was BOMB! Damen spoke to us about the restaurants and the hotel. Such a cool place! After we roamed the pool area we ran into the owner of the speakeasy bar, very friendly!! I will be back. Can't wait

Nice downtown hotel
This is a downtown hotel central to most locations in downtown Denver. We were on the 17th floor. Pros: Quiet with some downtown street noise. Good security. Room was clean and roomy. Nicely appointed. Restaurants/theater within easy walking distance. 16th Street and Pavilion malls just across the street. USB charging ports on both sides of the bed and on the desk. Small couch with footstool. Neighborhood is not bad. Housekeeping and maintenance were great. Allan in housekeeping is a rockstar. Cons: There was no dresser in our room so if you want to unpack there is nowhere to put your clothes. Little counterspace to put things down. We pulled out the ironing board and used it for counterspace. The AC/Heater is a wall unit and the thermostat on the wall doesn't seem to control it, but the controls on the unit worked fine. Front desk staff were just OK. There is very little space to park for check in. Pull into parking garage and take the elevator to first floor. The front desk is by the elevators. And watch the fine print. They have self-parking. But there is also a daily charge. I would stay here again for sure

Parking was expensive, hotel ...
Parking was expensive, hotel room rate changed nightly, no meal compensation for food, and room wasn't in the greatest condition. The elevator was also a hassle; had to use room key and hit floor button nearly simultaneously to get it to work. Sometimes I stood in the elevator for a few minutes just trying to get the button to work

Great staff, very helpful. ...
Great staff, very helpful. Room's clean and bed frame was perfect (didn't stub my toes, thank you very much). However, the elevators are slow: 4 of them and the wait was nearly 4 minutes. The boxes are small, enough to fit 9 thin people, tops. Other than that, I'd recommend this place
